How plans, credits and token billing fit together.

Is there a free plan, and are all models on it?

Yes — the Basic plan is free at $0/month with no credit card. It gives a daily token and request allowance and a global limit of 10 requests per minute, and includes Basic-tier models only — not premium models, and no credits. Paid plans (Go, Pro, Mega, Enterprise) add premium models, higher limits, included credits and features like web search and code execution.

How does Zylo charge for token usage?

Token usage is deducted from your prepaid credit balance at each model's base per-token rate — there is no markup on usage. Zylo's flat 25% platform fee applies only when you add credits.

What is the difference between plans and credits?

Plans set your daily request and token limits and features; credits are prepaid balance you spend on model usage at base rates. Paid plans include a starting amount of credits.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade anytime, and downgrade to the Basic plan from the console at any time.
